About me
Ben Weiss is a Senior Attorney in the Economic Justice unit of SMRLS' St. Paul office. His practice focuses on homelessness prevention and response, and he pioneered the field of legal advocacy for families facing eviction from emergency shelter in SMRLS' five-county metro service area. Ben received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Minnesota and clerked at the Minnesota Court of Appeals; he has been at SMRLS since the year 2000.
